Not trustworthy

This is probably one of the worst surveys sites. I have been a panelist for more than 3 years and my experience with them never changed. You wait forever for your points to be credited. And when it does get credited,you wait forever to get your redemption. My points have been in review for how long now and they hardly ever respond to you via email. They never even responded to me via WhatsApp as I wanted to know why I can't redeem my points as no otp comes through to my number in order for me to to redeem. They are just the worst.
