NOT RESPONDING TO QUERIES / SENDING SMS

I have tried to redeem points for a while now without success. The cell phone number on your system is my old number and there is no option to change my number. I still have access to my old number but am not receiving the confirmation sms's. I have written on your website under contact me as well as sent emails but i have had no response. I have received an email confirming that the points will expire soon but you are not responding to me to allow me to redeem them!!!!
