NO RESPONSE

I recently joined The Panel Station. I spend quite a bit of time filling in surveys for them. I do so honestly and I take it seriously. I have tried numerous times to redeem my reward points with no success. I have contacted them via the website twice and emailed them twice with no response. I want I response and a solution in order for me to redeem my rewards.
