My time for a rude reply on rewards inquiry

The surveys are fine, mostly they request relevant info. I take my time answer honestly but then you get rejected because "you did not take your time on the last survey" Other issue is they promise rewards to be sent within 4-6 weeks, I have been waiting for more than 8 weeks. When I inquired they told me that I should just keep waiting. They want but don't want to give.
