Lack of Voucher

<p>They are useless. I never got my voucher I cashed in all my points for. Changed phones so lost my app. Reinstalled the app on my new phone and they blocked me,when I asked why I had been blocked I got a generic email saying I had not been answering surveys correctly and was not allowed back on. I spend months answering those surveys and feel totally done in.</p>
