Invalid otp

I have been using panel station for a year now and I have been trying to redeem my points with no luck. When I enter the OTP that I was given it's says Otp it's Invalid ,I did send them an email they said I shy clear cookies and change the browse which I did , but still it's not working ,I even change the phone switch it I laptop but still it's not working.
