ANNOYING panel surveys!!

This is the worst survey company EVER!! I have been trying to unsubscribe from their mailing list for over a year!!!! After clicking unsubscribe, it them wants me to state the reason by selecting from their list however even after that, it still doesn't work...it's Just a BIG mary go round and extremely ANNOYING!! What on earth are the IT department of this company doing.....!!!!?Very ANNOYING emails and be warned people, once you subscribe, you can't get out!!!
