Poor product quality and after-sales support

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the service received. Powder-coated panels were installed for outdoor use, but in less than two years the panels began rusting and the coating started peeling off. At no point were we advised that aluminium would be a more suitable option for outdoor installation, despite relying on their expertise. Overall, a poor-quality product and very disappointing after-sales support.
