Shocking lack of customer service

<p>I very kindly received a voucher for The Pamper Room Cavendish via Daddys Deals as a birthday gift from my best freind but have had an absolute battle the past 3 weeks trying to simply get hold of them to make a booking.</p> <p>I have recieved zero response from The Pamper Room after trying both telephone and email.</p> <p>I then tried to contact Daddys Deals with the same outcome, zero response!</p> <p>I have reached my whits end and cant understand their lack of service.</p> <p>This is going to result in my voucher expiring without giving me the oppurtunity to use it and i feel that is poor business ethics and quite frankly ****************!</p>
