Worst service ever

I took my family to The Palms on Sunday . We booked a table for six people for one o clock. Once there, no one was available to seat us and we had to look for our own booked table. I had to go get menu's myself after 10 minutes. The waiter kept avoiding us, but after half an hour we finally managed to order drinks. He disappeared again and did not tend to us again at all. We had to write down our own orders on a piece of paper and took it to the kitchen. At two o clock I had to go look for a waiter to check on our orders who assured me it was on it's way. At three o clock I found another waiter who said our orders wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. We paid for the drinks and left. <br> <br> We waited two hours and still left hungry. <br> <br> Please reconsider if you planned on going there, I definitely will never again.
