Good Day

I visited your restaurant for the first time in a while. We as group of friends celebrated her birthday. I have to say this has been the first time in a while that I got this bad/horrible service. We entered the premises at 13H45. By 16h15 I didn't even have my main meal. The waiter that we had was all over the place. We place a order and a few minutes later we need to remind him what we ordered. When the food came to us it was cold and the knife's and forks was dirty.

I don't know if you were under staffed or over staffed that there was so much confusion and a mess. I never experience anything like this. Client service is very important to me.

With regards to social distance in the area where music is playing outside there is none.

With your signs up stating that no person must enter the kitchen without a hair net and sanitizer of hands non of your staff is following that rules.
