The palace hotel Durban

Bathroom has water issues. Bad drainage .water leaks into room from shower.have addressed management Does not have proper shower curtains.water spillage wets carpets in room.bad smell is the outcome . Please check to see if this problem persist when you do book in.stayed in studio hotel room.
