The palace Durban... Horrible experience

We were Supposed to moved to the better room as the other room the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning is not working promised... The reception lady nokwazi promised us to be moved but now she can't do as promised.... I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here the service from the stuff at the reception is bad.
