Shocking 4 star hotel

<p>Checked in with my wife at The Palace as a guest for 8 days, we were given room 1702, what a shocker, the room smelt as though there was a plumbing problem and the carpets got wet, toilet smelt of urine, the room had a musty stench, you can smell chemicals was used to try and get rid of the stink and the lady that did the room service was in agreement and she was advised by her supervisor to apply some form of powder on the carpets and vacuum the room before we arrived. After two supervisors inspecting the room, we were given another room on the 14th floor, not much difference, the room was sprayed with some kind of deodorizer. This is our first night and hopefully it will get better.</p> <p> </p>
