Extremely disappointing experience. After an expensive initial consultation, my wife was told she needed 16 physiotherapy sessions, which immediately raised concerns for us. During her second appointment, Jason requested her MRI and X-rays to submit to medical aid and specifically told her there would be no charge for the submission. She provided everything that same day. At her next appointment (a week later), we were informed that the submission had still not been made because further approval was needed, something that had never been mentioned before. My wife was then told she could settle her account later. However, before the practice had even opened on the following Monday morning, she received a WhatsApp stating that the medical aid submission would only be processed once the outstanding account had been paid. This condition was never communicated upfront. The entire experience felt poorly communicated and heavily focused on payment rather than patient care. As a result, my wife cancelled all future appointments and sought treatment elsewhere. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this practice.
