Mistreating of staff

Oyster box is a 5 star hotel that provides mainly top service but the staff that provide that service are not valued, mistreated and disrespected by people in higher position. Anneri stop mistreating staff, if a staff member has done wrong it ok to discipline them but not in public and embarrass them in front of other staff members and guests. You need to review your managing s****s and mr. Coetzee must do something about things. The hotel is what it is because of these staff members who work hard day in and day out.
