Disappointing Curry Experience

The well known Oyster Box is very inconsistent with their service and quality. Been there for a buffet dinner in 2018 and was very satisfied with the experience. On a special occasion I booked there again on the 18/10/2022 for the same Curry Buffet Dinner. To my disappointment every curry dish that I tasted was terrible. The food good looking but was bland and no flavor at all. On complaining to management they just apologized and said it was their standard spicing which meant that they were falsely advertising 'curry' on their menu. Will never go there again.
