Disappointed! Oyster Box

Oyster box - ocean terrace restaurant. Very disappointed in their service. Booked over at least 2 weeks in advance. They changed the table seating without informing me. Seated in another section with coffee tables and lounge chairs to eat dinner! On making my reservation I asked for indoor seating due to elders request in the family. This was either disregarded or the person taking the reservations lacked the competency to do so. So uncomfortable where we were seated. The manager didnt seem phased that we were not happy... made it look as though we were the problem yet they lacked communication. Seating was uncomfortable. Ate with food on my lap! For the Oyster Box...very shocking that they expected customers to eat dinner in that fashion for the price paid. Family seated far off from each other...what was meant to be an intimate family dinner became rather a casual event. Customer satisfaction was not their priority. Seating inside were reserved for SOME... not others despite early booking weeks in advance. They offered complimentary drinks and dessert but sadly the impression was made and the experience was not good. Seated next to the elevators...loud drunk people walking up and down and were also photo bombing our family pictures and this was allowed. Poor service. Very disappointed. Have also emailed oyster box but sadly no response and also no response to my review on their Facebook page. Very disappointed!
