I had an issue with my inverter and lithium batteries compatibility (Not due to anything done wrong from The Outdoor Innovation Company) I discussed possible fixes with Johan and he was able to arrange that I trade-in my Lithium battery and Inverter for a system that is compatible with one another. I must be honest that I was truly amazed by the level of service and willingness to help with my problem even though it was not one of their own inverters.
