Stale an sour gooddies

I bought some items at pnp on the 16th of Jan. I took a taxi to go an shop there I was disgusted when I got home. I opened up the yogurt and it was very sour watery layer on top. I wanted to make a cheese cake with the fresh cream sour by this point I was mad. I thought ag taste it no taste funny. I then cut threw the cheese rolls it smells like stale bread it just crumbled. I was not in a space to take a taxi again which gonna cost me R 30 rand. I emailed their customer care just to be told to email the cash slip which I did to no avail did they get back to me. Are they gonna blame the virus no they are a service provider an should at least give quality pruducts to the customer. I ask the lady at the bakery is it fresh yes lady. U are earning a salary so why is the stuff stale u should make sure the your store has items that are fresh we need to have fresh products an not blame the virus. They never came back to me I will post this in the news paper.
