BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 30th of June 2017 i took my kids to Ottery Pick n Pay to buy them a tv,i then got there and notice the salesman now known to me as Angelo was busy speaking to a customer about a tv lisence that he needs before purchasing a tv,Angelo then out of the blue pointed to me telling his customer "maybe this customer me will allow you to buy a tv on his tv lisnece,i was so on the spot,i then told him i need to pay my tv lisence first,Angelo then said yes this customer can pay half,i then left to go pay my tv lisence.I returned about 20 minutes later and Angelo was not on the sales floor,i waited around almost for a hour then eventually Angelo arrived he wrote up the tv and asked us if we still need to buy anything else he told us ok we must go wait at security to check out the tv,we waited almost another hour i then went back to the tv department asking where angelo is i was told they dont know where he is,i asked to speak to a manager they said the managers are not there,someone else ended up helping me and Angelo came walking pass me saying oh enjoy your day with a attitiude.Im a very good customer of Pick n Pay Ottery,i will never set my foot there again,I DONT THINK I DESERVED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS BY YOUR SALESMAN,IM VERY DISSAPOINTED BY MY EXPERIANCE AT YOUR STORE.</p>
