the Orchards Executive Accommodation, what a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi my name is Cameron Steyn, my Fiance and i have been trying to book the bridal suite at the Orchards Guest house in Midrand, for well over two months, you call them and ask to make a booking and then are told that there is availability, then you are instructed to send through an email containing all your relevant personal details and that the proforma invoice will be sent through and you can then proceed to making a payment in order to secure and confirm your booking, my frustration is that after numerous phone calls and emails to the *********** employee's at the Orchards, we still have not got our booking and we are getting married in the second week of October 2018. this service is utterly disgusting coming from a business within the hospitality industry.
