I went to the Optometrist to get a pair of spectacles and I requested only a portion to be paid from the medical aid and I paid the other portion in cash. I have waited to get feedback as to why the full amount was claimed and yet have paid funds to them from myself. My issue is not resolved and I'm not getting answers and there is no sense of urgency. I am very disappointed by this I didn't think that now I would be left with a problem of having my full medical savings amount debited because of someone who captured the wrong details. The part that infuriates me the most is that there is no sense of urgency.
