Wine of the month club very poor service

Wine of the month people phoned us, gave us an amount of R200 to R300 for a wine club. Then few days later they deducted over R2000 for whiskey we did not even asked for. Now they have all this excuses to give us our money back. I had to get a new bank card and now they want proof that the old card was cancelled. It has nothing to do with them. Its our money and we need it back in our account. Please be careful of the wine of the month club.
