Stay away

They debited my account and then returned the money into my account. This happened for 2 months before I got a letter from debt collectors for none payment. How is this my fault? When I offered to pay the outstanding amount, I was told there was a lawyers service charge... To pay for lawyers, for a mistake from the company? I think not... Pathetic and now my credit record is tarnished.
