Bad service after you check out

Booked through them when I have checked out I received an email that I must pay for leaving the place not clean but on their website when you book they charge you cleaning fee R250 I am still expected to clean the room. They provide you with white sheets and they expect you to leave them as pure as you found them. I am Not happy with their service and now I get an email with a threat to say they will flag my account because I am refusing to pay an invoice for the sheets and the stain that I left in a wooden table which is not even a big stain you can wipe it with a wet cloth i stayed for 5 days without anyone coming to clean or even empty the bin they are telling me self catering buy definition for self catering it means you bring your own food and wash dishes not that you wash the sheets for small stains and clean the table make sure the house is as clean as you found it. What is the cleaning fee for ? Please next time state in your website that guest must clean and leave the sheets with not even a a small stain. Or if it’s not you guys inform the guest house you work with to state their expectations. Can’t be charged 5k and expect me to clean the house. Very disappointed in your service. Even the pictures of the stain they are complaining about I would like if they upload the pictures of the stains they are talking about. I can’t find an option to upload I want to upload them no hotel or guest house make you clean for yourself it’s their duty to clean after you left
