Wedding Dress Trauma

They One Bridal made my wedding experience horrific. firstly they bashed every Idea I wanted for my wedding dress. then I went on the 18th of August 2021 to finalize the details of my dress. The supposed "image consultant" KAYLA promised me that the will be done making my dress within 4 weeks I paid my R7000 deposit as they require half to get the dress started. KAYLA promised me that the R14 000 would cover any changes I wanted to make. 7 weeks later and multiple calls later they finally set up a meeting mind you this is for a week before my wedding. I told them that it is unacceptable as I can not be running around they were able to make a boking for me. then VIRA the seamstress tell me that my changes would cost me extra. The only extra cost I was made aware of was when KAYLA told me to put money aside for the veil.

The seamstress VIRA tells me oh it is a good thing that you are coming so late as this means you won't pick up or lose any weight before the wedding and your dress will fit. well wrong a day before my wedding I will admit I was running late for my appointment. however when I Fitted on the dress it was three sizes too big and non of the things I asked for was done no buttons down the zip no corset inside the dress. And to top it off the most hideous veil I have ever seen. The dress looked like this lady never ever took my measurements at all and it is a day before my wedding and the dress smelt funny they said no it is the smell of new material. they also said that taking it to the drycleaners would help but with what time I was getting married in less than 24 hours these people just handled me like dirt. i took the dress and the veil as I had no other options at this point because after the "seamstress" VIRA claimed to have fixed my dress they would not allow me to fit it on again. and they failed to mention that they did not add a petticoat to the dress which I was supposed to pay R950 for which I also was not aware of. KAYLA made me sign for the dress, I did add ON THE PAGE I SIGNED only if I am happy which I was not.

on the day of my wedding the zip broke and I had to be stitched into my dress and on the inside the dress it has little holes in it their work is really tacky and I am so disappointed. KAYLA is a bully and really ruined my special day.
