The worst experience

I had theee worst experience with The one bridal in sandton.I regret making them part of my dream wedding dress experience!!

First the dress I fitted and paid for was not the dress I got for my wedding day ☹️. Not to mention the dress was actually LATE!!

Then trying to get my deposit was such a draining experience.I believe they try by all means not to pay out .Months of no assistance from staff and no responses on emails ,contradictory statement ect. Only when I advised that I will be escalating the matter externally they paid my deposit .

They honestly do not recommend them, to me this **** like tendencies and I wish I had researched more on the company through reviews.
