Terrible service and shocking quality

Absolutely shocking.

Had a terrible experience with them filled with changing stories, false statements, trying to pass off another dress as the one I had purchased, promising refunds, never actually doing it, unanswered phone calls and messages. Just absolutely shocking.

When I received the dress, it was matted, threads had been pulled, black marks on the train and brown marks on the dress as if it had been worn, pieces of material hanging off the dress.
