Poor post-wedding service from The One Bridal

I am very disappointed with the post-wedding service that we have received from The One Bridal in Sandton. When they wanted their deposit for the two dresses we hired from them, they called us constantly to make payment. Now that they have to pay back our deposit refund after returning the dresses, they are no longer available on telephones or email. We have not yet received our refund since June and we keep getting told that the deposit will be paid by a certain date but nothing comes through. I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with their service.
