Do not buy furniture from Old Peppertree Handcrafted Furniture!!

Ordered a 4 draw compactum last year January (2022) and yet to receive the correct product after many empty promises!! I would not recommend The Old Peppertree.

I ordered a plain white compactum beginning of January and was told that it would take 3 weeks to produce. When querying when it would be ready, I kept receiving excuse after excuse as to why it was not yet ready after I had paid the deposit. Eventually in March 2022 (more than two months after placing the order) my husband and I drove to Corne's place of business to collect the unit as my baby was due to arrive the follow week and I required the compactum. The unit that had been produced was white and wood, not plain white as per the brief. Corne requested payment and said that he would deliver the correct unit the follow week. My husband and I contacted Corne numerous times to follow up and each time there was an excuse yet again! My little one will be 1 years old next month and we still have not received the correct unit. Corne is very good at securing the business and getting an invoice through for the deposit, but very poor in following through in producing the product on time!! Extremely unhappy with the service received from Corne from Old Pepper Tree!!!
