The Old Gem, not a gem at all

The owners - Malie & Fred - confirmed my booking on booking.com and I completed the booking in a few minutes. This is for a marathon in March 2025. They then cancel the booking after I have supp**** my payment details. Totally unprofessional and no regard For the client. Absolutely ridiculous service.
