Poor security at Old Biscuit Mill

Good day.

On 15 December I lost my cellphone in the Community event that was held at Old Biscuits MilI. I believe was pickpocketed in the packing lot.

The security team failed to show me the footage of the incident. They claim that the camera were off which is surprising.

The number of the reported cellphone on the day is ridiculous can you please tighten your security please and assist us when we require assistance.
