Poor workmanship, empty promises and do not return deposit.

I would recommend not using the Offroad Guys in Pomona Kempton. They have taken my money (Deposit), did not do what they promised (the quoted lead times of 2-3 weeks), never answer their phone (unless you phone of another number then miraculously they answer), blame everyone else and everything else for failure to meet deadlines and poor communication (Quintin blames powder coater and phone not working, but never takes responsibility).

I am still awaiting my deposit back of R10k, which was promised in December would be in the new year, then sometime in January, then when people pay him. He does not answer messages, emails or his phone. Exceptionally frustrating.

Their website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed", I have had very poor communication and service from them and want my money back. I will continue to post bad reviews on this forum as well as Instagram and Facebook until I get a resolution on this matter.

Me getting my deposit back should not be dependent on their cash flow and when they get their money in. The fact that they cannot return phone calls or communicate is the most frustrating.

Very disappointing and unacceptable service received from this Company and from Quintin.
