Worst service ever

<p>Me and my colleagues were booked at The Nutting House for 3 nights, payment was made and bookings confirmed. when we got there we were told they only have 1 room available and we were 3. we asked them to get us another accommodation for the night and we were told that all the places around Nelspruit are fully booked. we ended up making calls ourselves looking for accommodation and we manage to get one, we told the receiptionist that we got accommodation and we will bring the invoice for them to pay us. we went back the following day and submitted the invoice and when we checked out we asked them to refund us and they had stories that they dont keep cash in the premises and they cant get hold of the person who does payments. when you phone them to check as to when are they paying, you get different stories. </p>
