Disappointing Experience with Custom Netting Supplier

I recently had a custom netting made for a vegetable tunnel from a supplier, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite providing detailed drawings and measurements for the netting, it was delivered without an entrance, which is a crucial component for accessing the tunnel.

The subsequent attempts to rectify the mistake have been met with frustration. Despite numerous phone calls and personal visits to the supplier's shop, we have received little to no help in resolving the issue. The lack of communication and assistance from the supplier's end has been extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, when we requested a piece of netting to cover the entrance ourselves, we were informed that an additional fee would be required, even though the original quotation included the entrance as part of the package. This added expense feels unjustified and only adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the service provided.

Overall, my experience with this custom netting supplier has been highly unsatisfactory. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and unwillingness to rectify mistakes have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this supplier to others seeking custom netting solutions.
