I am in dire need to tell you that I had the most extraordinary experience with one of your sale people with the name of Chanel in your Pretoria branch. What great service and commitment from her to assist me in not only trying to get what I want but also keeping me updated on the order. Once we determined it was not going to happen in my time frame as I am travelling in and out of South Africa she quickly came up with a solution and gave me an alternative option that worked for me.
