they dont care about goods ****** at their business

My 2 laptops and a Hard drive were ****** at The Notebook in Hatfield - a day after we handed them over to them!!. They did not care to compensate us in any way or feel sorry. We were told to claim at our insurance, as if we had one. My path to work passes their office and their placards all over and each time I get reminded of this bad incident.

Why cant they even replace our hard drive!? They are very uncaring and did not give us feedaback about the theft until we called. People beware!!!
