The Notebook Company Poor Service

They have poor service. I took my laptop in for repairs in Jan 2024 and was promised a qoutation. A month later I went back only to be told the Technician was busy with my laptop they’ll send the Qoute by end business on the day, no quotation was sent. Today, 15 Feb 2024, two weeks to be precise, I went to query, had to wait for 20+ minutes to be told the technician is still busy with it, no still no quotation. Wow, how pathetic! The people there are ****** and have no regards for black people. They give preference to whites even when you came before them.
