Liquid damage happens to me brand new Hewlett Packard notebook. Needless to say i was very heartbroken/worried about this. Matthew spoke to me and assured me that he will do everything to save it. I felt a little better after that conversation and sure as that, he did. He save me in more ways than one. So Grateful
