I have bought a reconditioned Lenovo Think Pad from your store in Pretoria. I would like to commend Jason Gell for sorting out a problem I had with uploading Outlook onto the new PC on Saturday morning. He had not been involved in loading the software onto the laptop previously, but he took an hour to get the problem properly investigated and put right on a very busy morning in the store with good humour and a care to detail.
