Service not delivered at all

Still waiting for delivery of laptop battery promised 5 days ago "at the latest", and Notebook does not even apologize or at least explain. Chris was not the original helper, I think it was Juan, but this is a management problem because my walk-in was not documented to begin with, and no business card or order or standard process, therefore Sam could not find any record of it on complaint. I was promised 8 January at the very latest, to use it for a presentation on 9 January, but there was no communication, just failure. Then Chris tried to help, but the new promise by Jason of 11 January was also broken and I had to return home again. If you do eventually get my MSI laptop battery, please provide free delivery and C.O.D., I have given up on Notebook Company. I was so happy 5 days ago that my issue could be solved but it has actually been made worse.
