Overcharge Repairs

<p> </p> <p>I sent in my laptop for repairs as it wont turn on. after more than 2 weeks of waiting for a reply from them they came up what i believe is a "thumb suck" amount of R15 000 to replace a motherboard, and this was a R7000 laptop, explain to me how does a motherboard cost R15 000? my intense gaming PC has a R4000 motherboard which is close to top of the line. I do understand laptop motherboards are a bit more expensive but not double what the laptop itself costs. This is clear over charging your customer and trying to take advantage, its disgusting. I wont be ordering anything again from them anytime soon. </p>
