Over the phone assistance

<p>The internet connection at out house isn't always what it should be so my husband asked me to phone. I spoke to Freddie and we established that that was not the problem but the problem was with settings on my pc. He was calmly assisting me over the phone to change all the settings and everything seems to be working fine now.</p>
