Outsurance claim handled

<p>Outsurance advised me that my claim will be handled by the notebook company. I phoned them and spoke with Chanel. She gave me a lot of advice and assisted me with replacement devices. The claim went pretty smoothly and i'm sure it was mostly because of Chanel's competence to handle the situation.</p>
