no service or refund after payment

I asked for a quotation for an a3 multifunction colour laserjet printer from dawie who quoted on one and as a result I ordered the printer and paid for it. It turns out the printer was a black and white printer instead. Fter asking for the printer to be correted I was informed that the printer would have to be sold as used and that I would suffer a 30% deduction from my credit. I accepted. It has now been over a week of trying to get this sorted. Im always getting excuses or time delay tactics. I have never given this company an issue with payment but they dont seem to return the favour once they have your money. This has been a trully disappointing experience and I hope something will be done to sort this out. I am losing clients and a large some of money due to this but it seems no one could care less! Please help get this sorted.
