Job well done

Marchant did an excelent job at repairing my notebook the other day. I took it in to 2 deifferent shops before and it would just start with all it's troubles again in about a week or so. It has been a month or and it is still at it's best performance. He was very professional and never left me wondering what was happening during the repair period. I received regular e-mails and phone calls. Very glad that this problem is finally something of the past.
