Impressed

My laptops started doing very funny things and so i called to make an appointment to bring my it in. I spoke to a lady and she told me an appointment is not needed and that i could just bring it in. There i was assisted by Paul. He took a look and did a few upgrades and so forth. I was not even charged for a software issue. This made a very good impression. I will be using them again soon to help out with my brother's laptop.
