<p>I spoke to Susan about my Acer laptop that has been in repairs with another company for quite a while. She advised me to rather booked it out and bring it to them, that they will fix it in a shorter period of time. I followed her advice as i was tired of waiting. She and the technical team kept their promise and i had my Acer back in 4 days fully functional. I will never use anyone else again!</p>
