Happy with the service

I had a lot of trouble with Dell in doing something as simple as recovering the data from my hard drive, and replacing it all under warranty. The tech team spent time to help me, called Dell, explained the situation, sourced quotes and provided more than one solution to recovering my broken hard drive and getting a replacement part!
